Up in the wotsit

I don't know the name of this building but we always refer to it as 'The Wotsit'. Anyway I've always wanted to go up and see the panoramic views, yesterday it was displaying an exhibition of some very detailed Bristol map drawings, very nice, and very soggy because I got caught hit by the giant bucket of rain the sky threw out.
