The Old Stove

This stove stands outside of our woodland shelter in the Swiss Woods at Osborne House where it performs stirling work during the Winter keeping us warm. It has some ornate decoration on the outside and is of indeterminate age. I wonder if anyone knows the proper name of this wonderful piece of ironwork?

The recent constant rain has made the woods wet and slippy making for hard work just moving around aside from clearing the fallen trees and undergrowth. The breaks for tea and cake were a little longer than usual today. I was shattered when I got home but soon revived after a nice hot bath.
