Beating the Bounds

I watched some of the Beating the Bounds ceremony this afternoon.
Once a year students from St Dunstan's College, with several dignitaries and clergy from All Hallows by the Tower church in tow, process around the church's ancient boundaries and wack the heck out of the pavement with sticks at several points. They also visit the middle of the river to do the same.
It tipped down rain most of the afternoon, so I didn't get many clear shots past umbrellas but here they are on Fenchurch Street.
