Shake a leg..

After not shaking a leg yesterday because of the incessant rain (and my belief that I might melt if I get wet!!!) I took Flossie for a long run today instead. Typically the rain started as we left but thankfully only a few drops. This Sweet cicely seemed to have a lot of insects caught up in it.. quite how this insect manages with such long legs I have no idea but I was amused to see the outstretched one when I downloaded the image onto the computer!!

Better large!!

The sunny part of the day was spent helping a friend chose pictures for a book she is having published which was great fun.. but what a task she has in front of her!!
