Ninja Turtles.

A lot cooler this morning and an opportunity to do the one recommended walk in the area up to turtle lake. The rep had informed us that it was an hour and half hour hike up to the pool but 45 minutes later we arrived, even with my bad knee. The minute we turned the corner you could see them swimming eagerly across the pool for the bread we had taken with us. Lots of other wildlife in the area but the highlight was a Tortoise that we had passed on the way up and again on the way down. See SWMBO'sblip for a picture.
All cooled down now as a thunderstorm goes through. No dinning out tonight.
