In the Realm of Nature

Inspired by the early work of Ansel Adams and Alfred Steiglitz, American photographer Eliot Porter pioneered the use of colour photography to record the American wilderness. His photos had such impact that they inspired Congress to pass the Wilderness Act of 1964 - still at the heart of conservation to this day.

This book contains some of the best of his US wilderness images, together with a small section of bird images.
