Sick

Came home from hanging out with some girlfriends tonight to a sick little boy who just wanted his momma. Saw signs of this cold earlier today with the "stinging in the head" and sore throat, but after good quiet play time in his room today and great bike riding with friends, I thought he had either kicked this or we could chalk it up to allergies. Not the case for my feverish little boy. Tylenol, cold compress, tissues, a book and lots of hugs (I even cheated on my 10lb limited and lifted him up) but I still can't take the uncomfortable sickness away. Fingers crossed this passes quickly.
