Merry Christmas

Up at 5 AM to go to the airport to catch the first of our two long flights that will take us across the country to my mom's for Christmas. Waiitng at the airport, the TV tuned to CNN announced that more people have heart attacks on Christmas Day than any other day of the year. Well, isn't that just freaking cheery!?! First Christmas morning in my entire life that I have not woken up to my family and celebrating and presents. So yeah, I am struggling a little bit. We will do it all tomorrow as if it were today but it's not the same.
