Tomato soup

Well, I have had an amazing day. I was at my childminders and we went to the airport to see the planes taking off. Some of the pilots even waved at us, we sang songs and rhymes in the gap between planes.

When we got back we had a birthday party for Jacob. He is 4 today. We had cake, party snacks and dancing. We also sang him happy birthday. It was great.

When I got home mummy gave me a big bowl of soup. Tomato soup. I insisted on feeding myself. I managed to get a little on the table, a little on the floor, some on the chair, a substantial amount on my t shirt and lots on my face. I love tomato soup, I ate the whole bowl up.

Bedtime tonight felt a bit like the weekend. We all sat together to watch tv. That never happens during the week as there is homework, sports clubs, chores and packed lunches to be made. Tonight was lovely. I loved having all my people around.

So now its bedtime. I have had a good run recently but mummy said not to jinx it. I wonder what will happen tonight.
