Kwaadkat

We bought this ring holder not long after we arrived in Suffolk at an antique shop in Harwich (which is in Essex, I know). I think it may even have been the day G was here for a visit. England and Germany were playing in the World Cup (not against each other, but both played that afternoon) and C had a t-shirt on which I bought for him in Germany 100 years previously. Let's just say we were not made to feel welcome in the pub where we stopped for a beer.The fact that we were speaking Afrikaans didn't help either.

Less rain today and a bit lighter. It was bordring on pleasant by the time I got home.
