Today’s picture is of the steel decking, which will form a flat surface on which one can walk, above the roof of the replaced verandah/conservatory. This was placed on the lawn in its final position although not attached to anything at present, so that we could see exactly what it would look like when completed and check the dimensions.

The saga of the soil pipe continues. After having behaved itself very well all day, the pipe has again blocked and this time my rodding has not succeeded in unblocking it! It looks like specialist assistance will be required.
