First day of the four day workshop for program management at MC.

Its been a great, long, but great workshop so far and I really think everyone is getting into it. Its great to see the mC staff all so engaged and involved. They are a awesome group and its these meetings/conferences that really remind me how detail oriented everyone is and how personal people take their work.

Lots of debates and volunteering examples from their projects and to how things can work better in program management.

So far so good!
