Sourdough muffins

What do you do when you have too much sourdough starter? Make sourdough muffins, of course. You can use any kind of berry or dry fruit in the mix. These have blueberries and raisins. So delicious. And low GI too. They freeze well in a ziplock bag. I take one at a time out and defrost in about an hour.
Must be time for coffee and a muffin...
