The Animals have Taken Over !

Was passing one of our local cafe's and spotted the owners dog up on the counter and no sign of the owner.... reminded me of "Animal Farm" when the animals took over. I love the French attitude to animals in public places as opposed to our Irish attitude where animals are not welcome anywhere...
