Keeping my head in the clouds

Working in cycling has some wonderful perks, like meeting and working with some of the true legends of the sport. It can be a little intimidating working with someone you regard as a hero.
When I moved from Australia to Canada about 4 months ago, I left my bike at home. Moving has been quite expensive and the Canadian winter has been severe to say the east, therefore I haven't purchased a bike yet. The weather is warming up and the legs are calling for some pedalling action. I was thinking I would have saved enough pennies to get me a good road bike in about another month or so. Today one my heroes and work colleague, Steve Bauer brought in a little present for me :)
Thanks Steve! I promise to take good care of it and will return it to you when the batteries go flat.

Seriously, I can't put into words just how much I appreciate Steve's generosity and kindness.
