(Flat)packing it in....

I've been trying to build at chair at work,
with very little luck.
A few of the clients may have heard me,
shouting 'What the f....lippin' heck is that bit for?'

I'm a doctor me, (almost!) so I should be,
selling cures for coughs and colics.
Not on my knees, with allen keys,
yelling 'This is bloody bo....thersome'.
