My friend in Japan sent me the recipe for onigiri (stuffed rice balls) because I ate them every day when I was doing research in Tokyo earlier this year. They didn't go exactly as they should have done but they tasted good and stayed in the right shape-ish. I promised I would send him a picture, I think he will laugh...
