Empanadas and Butter Milk Spicy sauce

Empanadas are a Venezuelan pastry made of corn flour filled with anything you like. In this case I filled some of them with shredded beef and others with black beans and grated white cheese.
The Butter Milk Sauce gives them a great kick!
