Going Bananas

G has done a bit of baking today! This is it... it really had to be recorded for posterity. She's slaved away in the kitchen for several hours making three banana cakes, pina colada and coffee cupcakes! These are to be sold in my office tomorrow to raise money for World Cancer Research! She will finish off with icing tomorrow morning. What a star eh?

Today we had low-fat banana milkshakes and they were very good! We also had to be evacuated due to a 5.1 magnitude earthquake in Southern Iran which was felt quite strongly here. I was busy setting up a Just Giving site for the team and didn't feel anything! I keep missing out on these earthquakes! Fortunately, this time we were able to descend via a lift rather than the stairs! AND we waited in the air-conditioned building reception. :) I did find this absolutely fascinating website that lists all the earthquakes that are happening all over the world in real-time. Take a look. It's incredible!

Think those are the highlights of the day! It's been a busy one.
