RICHARD ON SHANK'S PONY

Spotted Richard in the town this afternoon, he's spent his day, like most of his days, alternating between cups of tea on The Grove & sinking a pint in a local pub, it's not nice getting old & having no family to take care of you, Richard recently had to give his car up, mind, I have to keep reminding him he can't use it, at the last count he had eight four parking tickets, it got to the stage when the parking attendants gave up issuing them, he paid the lot in one go & the local bobby arranged for his licence to be revoked, I7, on several occasions, have walked around the streets trying to find where he'd parked the thing as he could never remember. Anyway, if anyone fancies a low mileage Peugeot 206 I know of one for sale!
