Clever Boy

He really has mastered the art now. The fruit block is easier than the fat balls, he pecks a few bits off and then goes down to get the bits he has dropped.
Our local ironmonger sells bird seed in loose bags. you chose your variety and fill a bag. I usually buy a seed mix and add suet pellets with mealworms and also dried mealworms. Yesterday I thought I would get some Nyger seed as lots of blippers have mentioned it. So this morning I put the Nyger seed on the right of the table and the usual mix on the left.
The mealworms went first then the suet pellet now they are eating the sunflower seeds but the nyger seed has not been eaten as yet.
It is very misty here this morning but the sun is trying to get through.
