Wet aloes.

I didn't sleep well last night, finding it difficult to accept a certain outcome, a wasted opportunity for change.
This morning, while remebering to let go, I notice that I have chosen aloes today...... or has it chosen me?
Is there a deep lesson here? Aloes are so bitter and yet have so many wonderful healing properties.
