All Smiles

Today my husband, best friends and I went hiking at the bluffs in my old college stompin' grounds. Before we arrived at our destination, we stopped at a country store on the way there and were amazed by the selection of fresh produce and beautiful plants as well as many locally made items. I bought my husband a new aloe plant (his mom accidentally, with good intentions, killed our last one). The weather was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. There is always time for firsts when you're on an adventure--unfortunately, mine happened to be getting pooped on by a bird. Although it was disgusting, it was rather funny. After skipping rocks for some time, we decided to take a few of them home to remember it all. What an amazing day!
