Retro or progressive

Disassembling the retro sofa-fold down circa 1958. It had to be done. A beautiful looking piece of furniture I bought 3 years ago for 30AUD. Inside beautifully finished, every stitch reinforced with a double row of stitching and innumerable furniture tacks with not a skerrick of rust. Fabric, coir bagged up, area constantly washed with hot water and vinegar, the hallway vacuumed and everywhere else I walked took me from 8.30am until 6.00pm.

Today, as I am back blipping this with nothing else to offer from yesterday, is Day 11. The pest man is due back tomorrow with his insecticide.
