Industry

This is the nature of freelance film industry work, taking calls in the evening when you are out with friends.

I met up with S tonight. We first met in the mid nineties when I was a senior cinematography student at the NFTS and she was a 1st year editor student. Her resumé reads better than mine now although she is still wondering where her next job might come from even with two major theatrical feature film (credit and another credit) releases under her belt (that I know of).
We got to know each other better at kickboxing several years later. She remembered the first time I kicked her in the head and we both stopped in amazement. Good times.

I can kick higher now.
