Peanut Butter

I have a tradition with my Goddaughters. for every Birthday/xmas/celebration/etc. instead of buying them a gift, I take them out to the toy store and make an event of it!

it's really cool, they can show you each and every toy I have ever bought them.
and it carries a memory with them.

so this X-mas, I Told Butter:
"Butter, this week I'll come pick you up, we'll head to toys r us and get you a xmas present"

I made some time tonight, no I usually don't wait this long.

I picked her up, and I asked her "What do you want to buy?"
she didn't really know, and she didn't have anything specific.
then she said something so cool:
"I don't care what you get me, I just like hanging out with you"

Oh boy, that got me good!

so then I offered to go for Pizza and Ice Cream!!

she was so excited, she screamed YEAH!!!

we had a great night!
as she was ordering, she started telling me some ground rules her parents had set for her, when they eat out....

I said:
"Forget it, no rules tonight. if you want to only eat french fries and ice cream, that's cool with me"

oh boy, that made her night! then she asked me if that could be our secret!
"don't worry, butter, we can tell your parents, we'll just blame me"

cool, "pinky swear?", "Pinky swear!"
