Skull

Off work today due to the Bank Holiday :-)
We had a quick trip through to Dundee to have coffee and buy some treats from M&S.
It has been some time since we visited the Howff and as it was such a fine morning we took Maeve for a stroll up to this historic burial ground.
So many interesting old tombstones some better carved than others.
This one caught my attention I loved the primitiveness of this carving of a skull compared to more refined images.
After lunch we spent some time in the garden planting some Cosmos and Sunflowers :-)
