Belter of a Bank Holiday
Brilliant Bank Holiday Monday. A picnic and a walk with Mum, Dad, Laura and Audrey in Longford Park this morning. Then a lovely cuppa in the garden while Dad played with Audrey.
She was that worn out that she slept for two hours. I sunbathed and fell asleep in the sun (my favourite feeling in the world). Unexpected sun might I add, where did that come from?!?
She woke up at 4pm so we hopped on a tram into town and had a lovely walk around Castlefield (including some places I didn't know existed like the roman ruins!)
We finished our walk at the Oast House where there was a band performing on the stage outside. Audrey got out of the pushchair and danced. She was so cute and she had some people clapping and encouraging her, much to her delight.
Angus met us there and we walked down to Wagamama's for dinner. As Audrey had had so much sleep she was on top form and we stretched our evening out and got her down later tonight. She was so cute at bathtime, love it when she's in such a lovely mood.
It's all about Corrie tonight, Tina's murder. We do love Corrie in our house.....
