Bank Holiday Monday

Considering it was a bank holiday today the roads were particularly easy going with not too much traffic around as we traversed the M5 to our chalet were we are holing up for a day or two.

We stopped off at the village first for a stroll through Shaldon to stretch our legs and give Dylan a walk. It was quite busy in the village, the remnants of the water festival that had taken place earlier in the day I suspect, the beach- side patio of The Ferry Boat Inn was packed.

We had a walk and I took some pics then we drove up to the chalet for a cup of tea after unpacking.
