Amazing what you can get done when you don't have a hangover!

Dogs walked, PW deployed to a quick plumbing job, Dining room cleared, dogs walked again...Followed by the grand finale of the dining room ceiling being pulled down :D

It will eventually be our kitchen but today we demolished it a bit more first. There will be more work this week.

Feeling like we have achieved a lot in just a few hours.
