Finally

there is colour in my flower bed! When we moved in nearly 1 year ago (crikey!) the garden was, erm ... over grown to say the least!

It's taken a while to dig out the overgrown shrubs that were taking over this part to the garden and chop the hedge back (as well as a number of other garden jobs; shed, raised beds etc) but we got the remaining tree stump out last week and it was time to visit the garden centre :)

A number of plants bought and colour scheme planned (see the twine - am a bit of a planner) and digging commenced!! Also planted some sunflower seeds; I won a Blue Peter badge for a sunflower once so I should have some success!

A few more 'must haves' to get but these will come over time!
