Poppy....

.....patiently waiting for the rain to stop. The rain didn't stop and our walk was postponed.
Poppy belongs to a friend I visited today. We drank lots of cups of tea and talked.
Her granddaughter popped in with her 'Prom' dress which needed shortening. Naturally I brought it home with me to do it.
The dress is pale peach chiffon and she will be wearing very high silver platform soled shoes. Don't think she will be doing a lot of walking!
