Marmalade Cake

Wet Bank Holiday weekend, so spent this afternoon in Mum's kitchen making a marmalade cake while listening to the commentary on Radio 5 Live on the Derby County v QPR play-off match at Wembley, for a place in the Premiership. Results were mixed: Derby lost 1-0, despite being one man up for most of the second half. But the cake was an unqualified success.
