training
For Bristol Half has started. Was due to go with a friend this morning but woke up 7 mins after I should have been at her house. Oops! Went on my own but decided to just do a fast walk as I haven't done anything since we've been in BCH. It's amazing how unfit I am. Think I'll just be taking it easier this week and start very gradually. Can already feel my ankles. (Always a weak point after playing netball and badly straining them years ago)
Now JimJam is home, it's great to be able to do normal stuff. Am sure the novelty will wear off pretty quick.
