Menacing skies

Today's walk was cancelled as the weather forecast was for rain. The day started cloudy and then the dark clouds rolled in. I wasn't sorry as it gave me chance to have a lie in and catch up on a few things. Rainy day activity has involved watching the cricket highlights and now it is time to make some flapjack. I hope to impress on my fellow walkers when we next pause for shared snacks that there are aspects of British baking that are to die for!
