Blue skies and buttercups!

What a glorious change from the last 4 days. The Ark can now well and truly be put away.

Perfect blue skies as we set off through St Ives wood to the lane at the top and then over onto Harden Moor. A great start to Bank Holiday Monday and a bit later (8.45) than usual as a result. A bit wet under foot but not bad considering the rain we have had.

This is just before we went onto the moor past the old quarry, looking up the Worth Valley towards Laycock.

Lovely walk and good to get out into the fresh air and sun.
