The beach..............

.......... at Southbank on the Thames, taken late afternoon as I wandered along with Judith & her husband who are visiting London again. I spent all afternoon with them as we wandered around Dickens' London and very interesting it was too. Followed by pizza (eyes too big for stomach in my case springs to mind), then a meander along the Thames.

But earlier I ran out of petrol on the way to the garage oops. My local garage is closed for refurbishment and I didn't want to risk the one on the A road so I headed to Petts Wood and cocked out but I was able to glide it into someone's drive on Chislehurst Road. Thankfully there wasn't any need to walk to the garage as a very kind man came to my rescue with petrol in a can. Phew so I had time to visit my parents and still catch the train and was there early :)
