Darwen Live Festival

It was a lovely event with people of all ages listening, a good atmosphere, and good music too! Looking past the crowd to the green hills outside the town and feeling the cool evening air added to the general feeling that life is good.
We came home to a delicious meal cooked by DH, which was a nice surprise because we thought the people who stayed at home would have eaten before we got back. The rhubarb crumble, made with produce from the plot was very tasty.
Earlier, another couple of walks with the dog and others, in and around Witton Country Park, meant I filled my quota of exercise for another day.
