Red Peony

I bought this peony as "Soshi." Though it looks similar, that is a late blooming peony and this is one of my earlier blooming ones. Sigh....Getting and keeping the names straight of hybrid plants is so difficult. They get mis-tagged or have lost tags. However, it a pretty flower, regardless. As you can see from the buds, it is just getting started.
