Wrote JD a thank you note in Starbucks before heading over to Carnegie.

Our rehearsal went very well. Then, we had Europa. I enjoyed my chicken parm sandwich. Devin was so funny with his singing of classical music hits.

Then, concert time. Oh my goodness. It was simply fantastic. Candide was tight. The premiere was also solid. Barber. please marry me Ben? I was talking about this with the crew but his interpretation re-invented the piece for me. I loved it. Copland. Oh wow. What a piece. The ending is miraculous and I enjoyed it all. We got a hella good applause.

I thanked both JD and Harrison afterwards. They had nice quick things to say.

I talked to Conrad Winslow afterward. He said I could add him on Facebook so I did!

I went uptown with Devin, Alana, Jason, Tara, and kinfolk. We ate pizza that was really yummy. We also saw peacocks at St. John the divine! The cathedral was massive and beautiful. People were singing and it was serene.

Came home and soaked it all in while getting ready for my city adventure with Dan.
