Took the teenager clothes shopping today, and was nicely surprised by her clothes choices, it would seem she's coming out of her black phase. Came home and watched Radio 1's Big Weekend on BBC3 with her. I absolutely love John Newman's voice and it's nice that my daughter will actually tolerate some of the same music as me these days.

Obviously as we have been in town my picture is again from Northumberland Road...they are the most fantastic buildings though and I genuinely never tire of them, I fear you will soon though if I continue to incessantly post pictures.

I've included a link to my favourite Newman song below. Victoria and me were quite literally yelling it at each other this afternoon as opposed to singing along. The video is fab too.
