Stag party!

We presume this was what was going on as we heard loud banging noises through the streets of Kirkwall!
A misty & drizzly day but we visited a neolithic tomb which the vikings had not found so was unopened for thousands of years until four years ago! It was discovered when the owners of the farm tried to flatten a hump to make a car park and the digger started to fall into it - they looked in and saw a human skull! A thousands bones have already been removed and they are convinced there are many more to be found!
We rounded off our day with an Orkney Folk Festival concert which certainly got our toes tapping!
