My first yoga class ever in the evening. I'm still not good at relaxing. I tried to relax my left foot and it started itching badly, same with my right leg. Stupid body!

Can't wait for results from sleep diagnostic that were taken last night. Should be interesting, as I was apparently sleepwalking a little...
