Grassmarket

My Switch to Manual workshops are starting to get busy as we enter into the summer months and one of the challenges I like to set to the attendees it to take two photos of this sign, one with the first few letters of Grassmarket sharp fading away into the distance and the second with as much as possible of the word sharp.

I also think it adds a nice strong image to someone's portfolio by bringing out a little hidden detail that most tourist photographers will miss as they walk around the beautiful city of Edinburgh.
