Mr Bill

Still full of a cold. So In the interests of Blipfoto managed a couple of hours at the power boat racing at Carr mill. Seems that for as long as I've been going to Carr mill there has been a boat called Mr Bill, on the water. As always Mr Bill Owen at the wheel.
