i travel

up fairly early to catch a bus or 3 to Portobello, to cheer on nrap running the EMF half marathon (we just missed him, apparently!)
coffee and pastries with DrT and WFT (thanks very much for their hospitality), a quick run on the beach before a couple of buses back home to meet up with nrap and friends for a late lunch at the Caley Sample Room
probably a quiet night in
