Out of the blue

came this mighty bird!

A normal sort of Sunday, children's church this morning followed by lunch and then a spot of tidying up in the garden. I might go out and plant some seeds later or tomorrow!

I was just tidying up when I caught sight of this, shot indoors and got the camera, only to realise it was on the wrong setting (and I only got this shot of it full on). I think its a red kite as I have seen them before here, but not managed to capture them up close (on maximum zoom) before :)

Nice cup of tea and piece of cake now :)

Off out to play some games with friends later.
