Labernum and rhododendron

Yesterday lunchtime we had thunder, lightning and hail. It was quite a relief the roofers didn't come to start work.
Today we left them to it and took Finn on one of his favourite walks. We hadn't been for about three weeks and were delighted to be welcomed by this colourful sight.
About 40 minutes later, we hurried back past it in the rain.
