My Y9 group have been doing a textiles project and I've been taking photos of the finished work. This is a particularly good example. The finished article has come out looking just like the design and the boy who made it not only learned to use the computerised sewing machine to do the lettering but then went on to teach several other students too. The shapes are cut out of felt and sewn on.

In other news .... I didn't get the job but I'm ok about that. The irony of it all is, I've only applied for two jobs and got interviews for them both ... they were both today so I had to turn one down! Hey ho ... it wasn't meant to be.
