A piece of Thailand in Sussex

Tonight we experienced some fine dining with one of my oldest friends at new restaurant, The Giggling Squid in Crawley. This was one of our side dishes. Or what we thought was a side, the waitresses neglected to mention that we'd ordered an extra main by mistake! Still, it was all delicious (as was the wine), so we can't complain too much. Would definitely recommend.
